Refund and Returns Policy
Exchange Policy:
Your favorite gear purchased from DiscountedHelmets doesn’t fit well? No problem, we are happy to exchange it for the right size.
Please note products purchased can be exchanged for size only. Product must be shipped to us within 48hrs of receiving the product and a mail must be sent to your support email regarding the same. The cost of sending the product must be borne by the customer. DiscountedHelmets will send the replacement free of cost. Any product is valid for exchange only under the following conditions:
- Product must be unused.
- All the tags and packing material must be intact.
Please note accessories once purchased cannot be exchanged.
Returns & Refund Policy:
Products once purchased can only be exchanged. They cannot be returned claiming for a refund. If the replacement product is not available in the requested size, customer can choose another model. DiscountedHelmets will not make a refund under any circumstances.
Note: Dear Customer,
At the time of courier delivery, if you notice that the package is open or damaged, please do not accept it. It will automatically be returned to us.
We are sharing the photo of the package before dispatch for your reference.
In case you accept the package despite any visible issue, we will not be able to accept any complaint later.
NOTICE
- In Case Of Any Missing Or Defective Or Wrong Product Received, Opening Video Will Be A Must.
- Opening Video, With Centre Camera Focus On The Box / Parcel, Should Be From Starting To End Of Unboxing Your Parcel Without Any Pauses Or Breaks.
- No Complaint Will Be Entertained Without The Video.
Cancellation Policy:
We start processing the orders soon after receiving them. Hence, orders once placed cannot be cancelled.
